Standard Individual Villa has two floors and covers about 410 m2. Each villa has 1 king bed room, 5 double rooms, 1 living room, 1 self-served kitchen, and 2 balconies. Each villa could accommodate 11 to 12 guests and free Wifi is provided。 If the entire mansion is rented for the night free Mahjong can be provided. There are also two indoor parking lots and two outdoor parking lots. Standard Individual Villa is a good choice for family vacation, schoolfellow gathering and private parties.  

CEO Individual Villa （Type B）

CEO Individual Villa has two floors and covers about 430 m2. Each villa has 2 king bed rooms, and 4 double rooms all with independent bath rooms. The spacious and grand living room on the first floor is especially suitable for small group discussion. The second floor has a luxury suite can be use for more private activities. The entire mansion can accommodate 11 to 12 guests. Three are 2 balconies and free Wifi provided.  If the entire mansion is rented, the guests could enjoy free Mahjong for free. There are also two indoor parking lots and two outdoor parking lots.  CEO Individual Villa especially suitable for company management team meeting or small groups gathering.

Magnificent Individual Villa (Type A no.9)

Magnificent Individual Villa has 3 floors and covers about 630 m2. It’s a magnificent individual villa with luxury decoration, facilitated with an elevator, a dining room, a kitchen, a luxury suite with two individual rooms, a living room and a splendid glass-walled Mahjong room that is surrounded by the green golf course. On the third floor, there’s a large balcony which may hold 10 people for small banquet, barbeque, or any outdoor parties.  It is especially suitable to hold a moon festival party. The villa can accommodate 11 to 12 guests with free Wifi provided.  If the entire mansion is rented, the guests could enjoy free Mahjong for free. There are also two indoor parking lots and two outdoor parking lots. Leisure Individual Villa is definitely an economical and comfortable choice for family or small group gathering.
